I just joined ASTD – the American Society for Training and Development. I was inspired after reading the Engaged Learning blog and chatting with the author for a bit. He is the head of the Social Learning Special Interest Group for one of ASTD’s chapters.
So, are there any other ASTD members out there? How active is ASTD in the Boston Metro-West area?

I’m a little behind in reading my feeds. I’m a member of ASTD. Been a member on and off for 9 years (took a year off when each of my 2 children were born). I am a member of my local chapter and it is wonderful. I hope you are enjoying your membership.
