• ISM (Information and Storage Management curriculum and certification – an open curriculum, offered at colleges, that teaches storage and information management basics in a vendor-neutral manner
• ISM Book (there is even a Chinese translation now!) which is based on the course, but offers a really solid introduction into storage and information basics.
