I’ve been running up the road to Nashua to meet people and to grab some videos so we can give everyone a sneak peak of what is being planned for the Dell Storage Forum (the videos should be ready to share SOON!). I’m need to go back and just grab some interviews, there are some super talented folks working in Nashua on the Dell EqualLogic platform. I also got my first glimpse of some Compellent gear.
One thing I was completely psyched about were the amount of women in the data center. SO COOL!
I got asked lots of questions about managing social media – from an individual’s perspective. Next post I’ll write about how I handle the volume of social chatter, as well as the tools that I’m learning are available from the Dell corporate social media team.
Right now, I’ll just share some pictures of my adventures!

I think this is one of the things that have made me feel very comfortable at Dell – there are geeks EVERYPLACE. IDK why, but Magic cards, Mountain Dew, and techie talk just make me feel right at home.
Speaking of natural habitats – in one section of the campus there are gorillas everyplace.
I’m getting acclimated to Dell, so I’ll be posting more regularly here. This week I’m attending the IDC Directions event, I’m sure I’ll have something to post about that. And there is lots to post about the Dell Storage Forum….so stay tuned!
